How do I place an order?

Select the desired product on our website, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your order through our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

No. We operate exclusively online.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination and carrier
    A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Some devices may also support Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or upon delivery?

Not at the moment. All purchases must be completed online.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We can modify or cancel an order only before it is processed. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

Can I add more items to my order?

For operational reasons, we cannot add items to an existing order. You may place a new order for additional items.

Where do the products come from?

We work with logistics centers in multiple countries (USA, Europe, and Asia). Orders are shipped from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and product availability.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 7 days for change-of-mind returns and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the product delivered is correct.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Track your order using the tracking number provided. If the delivery timeframe (5 to 12 business days) has passed, our team can assist with a carrier inquiry.
